Senior Manager - RGM Capability
Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) 3.0 – UK (Oral Work permissions via framework )
About the Role
At PepsiCo UK, we are revolutionising growth through data, advanced analytics, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) 3.0, smarter decision-making tools.
We need a Senior Manager to lead the adoption, embedment, and value realisation of RGM 3.0, bridging advanced analytics with tangible business outcomes. This role is critical in embedding RGM thinking across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM, ensuring sustainable growth is driven by decision science.
Your impact will be:
- Building long-term organisational capability in analytics-driven decision-making
- Embedding RGM principles into core commercial processes
- Unlocking measurable growth via data-backed commercial levers
Responsibilities
1. Drive RGM 3.0 Adoption & Embedment
- Lead the UK-wide deployment and adoption of RGM 3.0 strategy, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM.
- Embed data-driven insights into:
- Pricing strategies
- Promotion effectiveness
- Trade investment optimisation
- Assortment planning
- Define, track, and improve adoption metrics for engagement and success.
2. Own Value Creation & Impact
- Serve as the UK’s single point of accountability for value delivery from RGM 3.0.
- Measure and track value creation across:
- Revenue growth
- Margin expansion
- Operational efficiency
- Partner with RGM, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to:
- Translate insights into in-market actions
- Align analytics with commercial priorities
- Drive continuous improvement loops (business feedback → tool enhancement)
- Act as Executive facing backstop for dashboard and report demands.

3. Performance Measurement & Governance
- Design account-level performance reports to drive visibility on key RGM levers.
- Lead Price & Promo performance reporting in governance forums like:
- Marketing Business Reviews (MBRs)
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Convert RGM 3.0 outputs into executive dashboards, enabling:
- Real-time decision-making agility
- Data-backed commercial strategy refinement
- Monitor and report on:
- RGM adoption effectiveness
- Business alignment with tool capabilities
4. Build Best-in-Class RGM Capability
- Conduct capability gap assessments to identify:
- Market maturity
- Learning needs
- Scalability opportunities
- Partner with International RGM to develop:
- Built-for-UK playbooks making the market best-in-class
- Cross-market learning post-deployment
- Work with Global S&T (Science & Technology) to:
- Strengthen digital ecosystem capabilities
- Embed change through best practice digital tools
- Lead:
- Training programs to upskill cross-functional teams
- Alignment on RGM principles, tools, and analytics-driven decision frameworks
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA or equivalent highly preferred
- 8–12+ years of experience in FMCG or related commercial fields
- Proven expertise in RGM, commercial strategy, or consultancy, with:
- Strong understanding of pricing/promotions (especially in Organized Trade)
- Track record in transformation programmes or capability building
- Transformative experience preferred where:
- Curation of learning tools
- Delivery of cross-level training

Technical Preference & Exposure
- Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms highly valued
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pricing/promo optimisation tools
- Decision-support systems (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, SCADA, RGM-specific systems)
