Senior Manager - RGM Capability

Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM 3.0) – PepsiCo UK

About the Role

At PepsiCo UK, we are transforming growth strategies through data, advanced analytics, and top-tier Revenue Growth Management (RGM 3.0) frameworks. This critical role requires a Senior Manager to champion the adoption, deep embedding, and realisation of RGM 3.0’s value across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM functions.

You will foster smarter, faster, and more cohesive commercial decision-making, ensuring analytical insights drive tangible business impact. Central to our transformation, this position bridges data science with strategic action to create lasting growth.


Responsibilities

1. Drive RGM 3.0 Adoption & Embedment

  • Lead the full deployment of RGM 3.0 across UK commercial teams.
  • Embed analytics-driven insights into pricing, promotions, trade investment, and assortment strategies.
  • Define, track, and optimise adoption metrics and engagement levels.
  • Shape the adoption roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

2. Own Value Creation & Impact

  • Serve as the UK lead for value delivery from RGM 3.0, ensuring financial ROI.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM teams to implement insights from advanced analytics into real-world commercial actions.
  • Align analytics with key commercial priorities and monitor alignment against in-market outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding findings back into tool and RGM process development.

3. Performance Measurement & Governance

  • Design agile performance dashboards for account-level visibility across RGM levers (pricing, promotions, etc.).
  • Present insights at MBRs and QBRs, driving monthly alignment with executive decisions.
  • Translate RGM 3.0 outputs into executive-ready dashboards to support agile decision-making.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness, ensuring sustained accountability.

4. Build Best-in-Class Capability

  • Conduct gap analysis to assess market maturity and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with International RGM and Global Science & Technology (S&T) to build toolkits and playbooks for market best practices.
  • Develop training and upskilling initiatives to ensure cross-functional teams are empowered with RGM analytics and decision-making skills.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in FMCG or adjacent industries.
  • Strong RGM/consultancy expertise or Commercial Strategy experience, with deep knowledge of:
    • Pricing & Promotions (most preferably in organized trade).
    • End-to-end RGM processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Transformation programme experience highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of building training materials, delivering presentations, and coaching across organisational levels.

Technical Exposure

  • Bonus points for experience with:
    • Advanced analytics, AI/ML-driven pricing/promo tools.
    • Decision-support platforms (e.g., RGM toolkits, SPSS, SAS, Python).

  • Program leadership: Managing high-impact, multi-functional transformation initiatives from start to finish.
