Senior Service Delivery Improvement Manager
Contract Type: 3-month fixed-term, Full-time Location: UK – Remote/Hybrid
At Domestic & General, we’re entering a critical phase of delivery across our transformation programmes and are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Improvement Manager to provide focused leadership within our White Goods function.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly bring structure, momentum, and clarity to complex transformation activity.
About the Role
The Senior Service Delivery Improvement Manager will play a key role in mobilising delivery, improving operational effectiveness, and establishing the foundations for long-term success. Responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and stabilise complex service delivery and transformation initiatives within a high-velocity operational environment.
- Build governance frameworks, delivery rhythms, and decision-making structures that foster accountability and keep the team aligned.
- Orchestrate transformation programmes, prioritising impacts, risks, capacity, and capability to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain clear, prioritised roadmaps to guide strategic decision-making.
- Identify operational capability gaps and create actionable improvement plans.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and driving productive decisions.
- Enhance readiness for long-term ownership through structured handover processes.

Core Focus Areas
- Mobilise and stabilise Repair Workflow Management (Phase 1) to ensure readiness for launch while maintaining progress.
- Establish governance, forums, and decision-making processes to support effective programme execution.
- Assess and redefine ways of working to improve operational effectiveness and cross-team collaboration.
- Develop a consolidated transformation roadmap, tracking risks, dependencies, and resource impacts.
- Evaluate operational capacity and capability, Bridging gaps to ensure future readiness.
- Design a capability improvement plan addressing critical service delivery needs.
- Transition seamlessly to the permanent role through structured knowledge transfer and handover.
