Location: London (Hybrid) 2 days a week Salary: £125,000 + Benefits/Bonus Are you the kind of tech leader who still loves to build? The one who writes code, architects solutions, mentors engineers — and still gets a buzz from seeing it all come to life? Our client is looking for a Hands-On Head of Customer Identity & Loyalty Solutions — someone who blends strategic thinking with serious technical firepower. You’ll own the vision and delivery of large-scale, customer-facing identity and loyalty platforms that power awesome digital experiences — not corporate IT, but the stuff millions of real users touch every day. If you believe great leaders lead by doing (and not just talking), this one’s for you. What You’ll Be Doing Architect and deliver the next generation of customer identity and loyalty platforms. Stay hands-on — designing, coding, coaching, and setting technical direction. Bring AI into the heart of development to boost speed, quality, and creativity. Collaborate with digital product, data, and engineering teams to create seamless, personalised user journeys. Build and grow a high-performing, inspired tech team. Ensure everything is fast, secure, and built to scale. What You Bring A track record of delivering digital identity or loyalty solutions at scale. Deep technical expertise in Azure, cloud architecture, APIs, and modern engineering. A love for clean code, smart systems, and solving tough problems. Passion for using AI to enhance development — from automation to insight. The confidence to lead from the front and the curiosity to never stop learning. Why You’ll Love It You’ll get the autonomy to make big technical decisions, the team to execute brilliantly, and the environment to experiment with everything from AI-powered tools to new digital architectures. It’s leadership with your sleeves rolled up — tech-first, action-driven, and future-focused.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
