What You’ll Do
- Own the Strategy: Architect a full sports marketing playbook; lead cross-functional teams on brand, digital, content, and partnerships.
- Build Cultural Moments: Conceive high-impact campaigns across digital, events, and media—making trends and driving fan growth.
- Run Partnerships: Lead premium sponsorships across sports and hospitality; set commercial targets, enhance ROI, and define gold-standard partnerships.
- Measure Everything: Build KPI dashboards tracking revenue, engagement, and campaign impact; iterate based on data.
- Break Borders: Your strategies accelerate global talent connections—aligning with Deel’s vision of inclusive economic opportunity.

- 10+ years in sports marketing, brand marketing, or entertainment—proven ability to drive partner revenue and fan loyalty.
- Revenue-focus: Track record of high-impact campaigns and sponsorship ROI.
- Leadership: Experience managing teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Culture Insight: Deep understanding of sports culture, fandom, and immersive experiences.
- Data-Driven Culture: Unswayed by intuition alone; KPIs, dashboards, and real-time analytics guide all decisions.
