What You’ll Do

  • Own the Strategy: Architect a full sports marketing playbook; lead cross-functional teams on brand, digital, content, and partnerships.
  • Build Cultural Moments: Conceive high-impact campaigns across digital, events, and media—making trends and driving fan growth.
  • Run Partnerships: Lead premium sponsorships across sports and hospitality; set commercial targets, enhance ROI, and define gold-standard partnerships.
  • Measure Everything: Build KPI dashboards tracking revenue, engagement, and campaign impact; iterate based on data.
  • Break Borders: Your strategies accelerate global talent connections—aligning with Deel’s vision of inclusive economic opportunity.
