## The Role: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships (EMEA)
Location: Remote-based in Amsterdam or London Grade: Senior Manager Compensation Range: €118,000 – €140,000

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships for the EMEA region to lead and expand our most critical commercial partnerships.
### What You’ll Do
- Strategy Ownership: Lead and refine partnerships strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and pipeline development.
- Relationship Management: Own and manage high-level commercial relationships with key partners—both existing and prospective.
- Competitive Expertise: Analyse the competitive landscape to ensure Airwallex remains the top choice for partners—offering data-driven recommendations for executive leadership.
- Stakeholder Aligned Execution: Deliver workspace and revenue growth—aligning cross-functional teams (product, commercial, systems) with publisher-goal objectives.
- Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence for partnerships alongside project-management of commercial assurance, product integration, governance fit, and hands-on coordination on both feature/interfaces setups.
- Corporate & Industry Advocacy: Leverage networking and industry prominence to generate leads, nurture relationships, and position Airwallex (and its partners) as thought leaders.
- Regional Advocacy: Acts as the global voice for the EMEA territory without losing sight of international trends and the company’s worldwide footprint.

- Energising Personality: Charisma and proven communication skills, able to engage with high-level cross-functional stakeholders externally and internally.
- Workflow Fosters: Thrives under pressure and ambiguity, where resilience and adaptability are critical.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex commercial discussions and secure win-win, sustainable partnerships.
- Networked & Multiskop Expertise: A robust network of past partners/executives with extensive experience in Business Development/Partnerships roles.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in partnerships and 7 years in commercial roles; payments experience highly regarded.
