Job Description

What is it all about?

This Senior Manager role will optimise strategy, planning, performance and execution across the Consumer Issuing account team of one of Visa’s signature clients.

  • Strategy and Planning: Support the strategic account plan (Retail Bank) and drive alignment of priorities between Visa and external stakeholders.
  • Performance and Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes, tracking milestones, drive thought leadership, and removing barriers to accelerate successful implementation and speed-to-market.

This role will coordinate and execute strategic programmes across key Consumer Issuing priorities. This will initially include driving Visa’s ambition to drive growth and best practice across Agentic Commerce, Passkeys, Click to Pay and other solutions focused on driving primacy, loyalty and spend growth.

The role will demand ensuring strategic plan alignment, preparing comprehensive project documentation, client readiness, status reports and successful production deployment, as well as post-delivery performance evaluations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
