The Bicester Collection was founded on a simple idea and a rebellious spirit: 12 luxury shopping destinations, 1,500 boutiques, and 1,500 colleagues representing 63 nationalities. Our people are the reason we win — and the reason we continue to grow.

Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central Executive team is hiring a Senior Manager – Strategic Projects.

The role

The Senior Manager - Strategic Projects translates senior leadership priorities into coordinated, well-executed initiatives across the business — acting as a trusted execution partner to the President and senior executive team.

The role drives forward planning, investment rigor, and performance transparency across Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, and Guest Experience, bringing structure, clarity, and pace to execution while safeguarding the brand and mission.

Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Translate senior leadership priorities into clear, executable plans, owning delivery of high-priority cross-functional projects across Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, and Guest Experience
  • Act as a close execution partner to senior executives, supporting priority-setting, decision-making, and turning strategic intent into action
  • Mobilise and coordinate stakeholders across functions and Village teams, resolving blockers and clarifying ownership on complex initiatives
  • Apply strong programme and project management discipline, establishing delivery plans, governance, and reporting to track progress and maintain quality
  • Monitor and report on delivery outcomes to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement in execution capability and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
