Role Overview

You will:

  • Own the delivery of core metrics including availability, waste, and inventory days.
  • Manage and develop the team through clear goal setting and regular performance management.
  • Execute end-to-end seasonal planning to ensure inventory readiness for peak trading periods.
  • Partner with suppliers to improve lead times, service levels, and overall cost efficiencies.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to automate workflows and resolve systemic supply chain blockers.

Requirements

You have:

  • Over 6 years of professional experience in supply chain, inventory management, or retail.
  • Significant experience in people management and building high-performing operational teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and building data-driven frameworks.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale supplier relationships.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Proven experience in driving innovation with the use of new tools and technology.
