Job Description
The opportunity
This is a high-impact role at the centre of Group Finance, where you’ll shape how accounting is applied and understood across a global business during a 12-month contract.
Joining during a key period of transformation, you’ll play a critical part in strengthening accounting policy, improving reporting consistency, and supporting our exit readiness programme. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group, bringing clarity to complex accounting areas and helping embed practical, scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

- Provide expert guidance on complex or unusual transactions, translating IFRS into clear, practical decisions
- Develop and embed Group accounting policies, ensuring they are understood and consistently applied across all business units
- Lead inventory accounting standardisation, including costing methodologies and documentation
- Partner with senior finance leaders to challenge, influence and improve reporting practices
- Deliver transformation projects, including standardising reporting structures across the Group
