Job Description

Johnson & Johnson MedTech

At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to re-imagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives. In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopaedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions. As pioneers in medical devices, we continually focus on elevating the standard of care – working to expand patient access, improve outcomes, reduce health system costs, and drive value.

We create smart, people-centered healthcare to help the patients we serve recover faster and live longer and more vibrantly.

Position Overview

Drive commercialization and launch excellence for Monarch and ensure go-to-market readiness for digital innovations and new business models (e.g., robotics managed services assessment). This Senior Manager will lead cross-functional launch execution, assess and pilot platform and service models, and translate technology and innovation into scalable, revenue-generating offerings.

Own launch excellence for Monarch: develop readiness criteria, launch plans, risk mitigation, playbooks, and post-launch optimization.

Evaluate and commercialize new business models (for example, large scale capital, robotics managed services, subscription, and outcome-based models): build business cases, pricing approaches, and pilot roadmaps.

Provide local market insights to shape the global innovation pipeline by partnering with internal stakeholders to evaluate viability, desirability, feasibility, and commercial potential.

Identify potential new 3rd party partnerships for digital, AI, and service-led innovations, using customer, competitor, and healthcare system insight.

Lead LEX for new digital and AI platform solutions that enable services and commercialization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
