This is the core belief that has guided Burberry since it was founded in 1856 and is central to how we operate as a company today.

As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good in the world as well, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury for customers, driving industry change, and championing our communities.

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Technology Transformation is responsible for driving continuous transformation across Burberry IT, ensuring that technology capabilities and ways of working continually evolve, enabling the delivery of our Technology Strategy and ensuring that changes are effectively embedded, adopted, and sustained over time.

The role partners closely with the IT leadership to shape the transformation narrative, improve engagement and trust across IT and the business, and ensure that change is coordinated, communicated, and supported consistently across the technology organization. The role is also responsible for defining and maintaining the technology transformation scorecard and associated strategic progress measures, ensuring leadership has clear visibility of organizational effectiveness, capability evolution, adoption progress, and delivery against Burberry’s Technology Forward strategy.

It provides the central capability for transformation coordination, change management, communications, and engagement across IT, connecting strategic change priorities and evolving ways of working to measurable behavioral and operational outcomes while working closely with the Portfolio Management Office, SIAM, Enterprise Architecture, and Delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
