Senior Manager Total Rewards EMEA

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards – EMEA is an experienced compensation professional and recognized subject matter expert within CSL’s Total Rewards organization. In this role, you will provide advanced professional expertise and consultative compensation support across the EMEA region, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global Total Rewards colleagues.

This position supports the planning, design, and execution of compensation programs across diverse and complex labor markets. You will lead sophisticated analytical work—such as job evaluation, market pricing, salary structure management, and survey participation—while ensuring alignment with global reward strategies, regional business priorities, and local regulatory requirements. Acting as a key connector between global strategy and regional execution, you will help enable sound, competitive, and compliant reward decisions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted compensation subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and business leaders across EMEA, providing consultative guidance on complex reward topics.
  • Support regional compensation planning and execution, including base pay, incentives, hiring offers, retention scenarios, and ad-hoc business needs, in line with global frameworks and local market practices.
  • Implement and maintain compensation programs across EMEA, balancing local requirements with global standards and governance.
  • Deliver advanced compensation analytics—such as market benchmarking, equity reviews, pay positioning, and scenario modelling—and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Prepare clear and well-structured analytical and presentation materials to support compensation discussions and decision-making.
  • Partner with the Regional Total Rewards Lead and Global Compensation, Benefits, and Equity teams on enterprise-wide initiatives and Workday-driven processes.
  • Support job evaluation, leveling, and job architecture activities aligned with CSL’s Career Framework.
  • Provide compensation input to organizational changes and growth initiatives, support pay transparency readiness across EMEA, and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local labor laws, while building effective stakeholder relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
