Deloitte’s Workday Financial Management Practice is part of the Technology and Transformation discipline. Our focus is on providing Workday consulting expertise to enhance financial and operational performance.
As a key contributor, you will:
- Work with clients to develop reporting and analytics across financial and non-financial datasets using Workday PRISM.
- Design end-to-end data pipelines, including mapping and transformation requirements, and construct compound reporting solutions.
- Deliver PRISM-based analytics and reporting aligned with business needs.
Connect to Your Skills & Professional Experience
You must have: ✔ Experience in ERP, EPM, and cloud computing, including data storage, platforms, and computational systems. ✔ PRISM analytics and reporting certifications, along with Workday Financial experience. ✔ Strong project management skills—planning scope, timelines, and deliverables. ✔ Ability to manage stakeholders through clear communication and client engagement. ✔ Understanding of ERP project risks and mitigation strategies. ✔ Proficiency in coaching and mentoring teams, fostering an inclusive workplace.
It’s desirable for you to possess: 🔸 A finance or business analytics background. 🔸 Business acumen—the ability to bridge technical insights with non-technical teams. 🔸 Communication skills: simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences. 🔸 Experience with cross-functional, dispersed teams and complex clients. 🔸 Prior work in consulting or professional services.
