Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, external developments, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and evolving market structures across financial services.
- Develop strategic insights and recommendations that help Swift anticipate industry developments, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential risks.
- Translate complex industry developments into clear implications and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead or support strategic deep dives on key industry topics including payments, securities, trade finance, digital assets, AI, central banking, and financial market infrastructure.
- Support the development of Board, ExCo, and senior leadership materials, including strategic briefings, industry outlooks, thought leadership papers, and executive presentations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in consulting, research, fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of global financial services trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of payments is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance research, analysis, and productivity is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation), critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
