Senior Marketing Insights Analyst

Contract - 6-10 months

Based in the UK - Travel to Sweden when required

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Insights Analyst for a strategic marketing analytics and insights role supporting our Brand Marketing & Communication function in close collaboration with AI, Data & Automation. The assignment requires a person who can operate credibly with senior stakeholders, shape the insight agenda, and translate customer, market, campaign, and performance data into recommendations that influence strategy, activation, and business steering.

This is not a pure reporting or dashboard production role. We are specifically looking for someone who combines strategic capability with genuine hands-on experience from the marketing analytics domain. The consultant should be comfortable both advising on priorities, KPI frameworks, measurement logic, segmentation, and insight-driven decision-making, and contributing directly to analysis, interpretation, and performance-oriented deliverables when needed.

This role is to work with a customer that is based in Sweden. You must be bilingual in English and Swedish.


Key Expectations

  • Shape and Strengthen the Marketing Insight Agenda across strategy, activation, and performance follow-up
  • Translate Data into Clear Recommendations for senior stakeholders and business teams
  • Define and Evolve KPI Frameworks, Measurement Logic, and Insight Structures for campaigns, channels, and customer journeys
  • Provide Hands-On Analytical Contribution within marketing analytics, customer insight, market intelligence, and performance analysis when required
  • Act as a Bridge Between BMC and AI, Data & Automation to ensure business needs are translated into scalable analytics and data solutions

Preferred Consultant Profile

  • Senior Background in marketing analytics, customer insight, commercial analytics, or marketing performance
  • Experience from strategic and hands-on work in complex B2B and/or international environments
  • Strong Ability to Connect business questions, analytics, and decision-making
  • Credibility with Senior Business Stakeholders as well as analytics and technical teams
  • Practical Experience in areas such as campaign measurement, attribution, funnel analysis, segmentation, customer behavior analysis, forecasting, insight storytelling, and market or competitor intelligence
