What we are we looking for:
We are looking for an organised, creative and driven marketer with a passion for helping clients achieve more with their money. You will have a strong interest in financial markets, a working knowledge of investment products, and an understanding of evolving client needs, enabling you to effectively promote our ETF offering.
As a Senior Marketer, you will join a pan‑regional team shaping and delivering the marketing strategy for our ETF business. You’ll partner across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Investments, Events, PR and Compliance to execute integrated campaigns and bring strategy to life across client touchpoints.
You’ll play a key role in driving execution, contributing to strategy, and delivering impactful marketing across client segments including financial advisors, pension funds, insurers and digital platforms.
This is a critical role in a collaborative, high-performing team environment, where ownership, accountability and client focus are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities include: Partnering with Segment Marketing and Distribution to better understand client needs and support integration of ETFs into segment plans. Contributing to the implementation of marketing plans that support our clients’ needs and business priorities. Supporting the ETF Marketing team in bringing to life our product expertise, value propositions and stories across our sales enablement content and scalable marketing initiatives. Implementing campaigns in collaboration with product and investment teams, subject matter experts, and marketing colleagues ensuring alignment across strategy, messaging, and execution. Collaborating with marketing teams across appropriate client touchpoints including email, digital, content marketing, advertising, social, events and media relations. In partnership with the Events team support the activation of proprietary and industry events, webinars, and conferences by working with Marketing specialist teams. Leveraging research, data, and performance metrics to inform messaging and optimize marketing effectiveness over time. Monitoring client, industry, and competitor trends to help refine product positioning and identify strategic and tactical opportunities to differentiate our solutions in a highly commoditized marketplace. What you can bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Proven work experience ideally in asset management or financial services. Passion for marketing and interest in helping clients achieve their investing goals. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully meeting deadlines. Ability to solve problems independently, stay proactive and remain organized. Strong verbal communication and writing ability. Fluent in English, additional European languages (e.g., Italian, German, Spanish) are a plus.
