I'm hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst

Join a growing customer insights team within a well‑established UK business that's rapidly scaling its data and analytics capability.

This is a core role in the team, focused on unlocking value from customer data to drive smarter CRM, campaign targeting, and retention strategies.

Up to £60,000
Near Blackburn / Preston - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

The company

A large and growing UK network of independent businesses, supporting over 500+ locations across the UK and Ireland. They've built a strong reputation in their sector and are now investing heavily in customer insight, CRM, and analytics to better understand and engage their customer base at scale.

The role

You'll sit within a growing Customer Insight team, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to:

  • Understand customer behaviour
  • Improve campaign targeting
  • Drive retention and lifecycle engagement
  • Turn data into actionable business insight

This team already has strong CRM and operational capability - but needs a dedicated analyst to own the data, insight, and performance side.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
