About Zymix
Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation—bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the "Super App" model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover AI-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to own integrated campaigns across the UK, with a particular focus on large-scale activations in London, Manchester, and other priority cities, alongside university student marketing. You'll lead campaigns end-to-end: from concept and brand narrative through to media buying, on-the-ground execution, and performance reporting.
This is a hands-on senior IC role with a small team (1–3 reports). You'll work closely with our Social, Events, PR, and Content & KOL functions to make sure every campaign hits both brand and growth targets.
What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and Zymix's growth roadmap. Own the brief, the budget, the timeline, and the outcome.
- Plan and deliver flagship activations in London, Manchester, and other Tier-1 UK cities. Pop-ups, launch events, sponsored moments, cultural tie-ins.
- Build Zymix's playbook for UK universities: freshers' week activations, society partnerships, on-campus events, and student creator collaborations.
- Make sure every campaign builds Zymix's brand equity and delivers trackable acquisition / engagement results. Define KPIs upfront, instrument tracking, report honestly.
- Partner with Social, Events, PR, Content & KOL, and Product to align messaging, assets, and timing. Brief and manage external agencies and production partners.
- Lead and grow a team of 1–3 (campaign executives/coordinators). Set standards, give feedback, develop talent.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring
Must-haves
- 5+ years in marketing campaign roles, with at least 2 years at senior/lead level.
- Direct experience at a social, consumer tech, or app-first company, you understand how growth, product, and marketing interact.
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale activations in London, Manchester, or comparable UK cities and you've personally been on the ground, not just signed off decks.
- Proven track record running university/Gen-Z student marketing campaigns in the UK (freshers, student societies, university events, student creators).
- Strong brand-building instinct: you can spot when a campaign is on-brand vs. off-brand, and you protect the brand even under growth pressure.
- Solid performance marketing fluency: you can set KPIs, read dashboards, work with paid social/influencer/referral channels, and report results that are genuinely trackable, not vanity metrics.
- Experience managing budgets of £500k+ and external agencies.
