An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager to shape and lead impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a fast-paced, forward-thinking professional services firm.

This senior-level role plays a key part in driving the firm’s growth, visibility, and client engagement across key markets and legal services. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will lead the campaign function and manage a Campaigns Manager, collaborating closely with colleagues across Business Development & Marketing, external agencies, and internal business and legal teams.

This is an opportunity to shape the firm’s approach to campaigns, develop thought-leadership content, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to market growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a strategic campaigns programme aligned to market opportunities
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, PR and partnerships
  • Conduct market and client research to identify trends, needs, and campaign opportunities
  • Support the development of new legal service offerings and thought-leadership pieces
  • Manage campaign budgets, external agencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Enhance campaign processes across the team, introducing tools, templates and training
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and integration of CRM systems in campaign planning and reporting

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B communications or campaign management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of marketing communications channels and campaign delivery
  • Skilled in content creation, editing, and cross-platform publishing
  • Confident in using marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, and social media tools
  • Proficient in conducting market/client research and interpreting findings
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen
  • Experienced in line management and team development
  • Previous experience in professional or financial services is advantageous

This is a fantastic role for someone ready to take ownership of campaign strategy in a highly collaborative, high-performing environment. The position can be based in either Bristol or Leeds.
