Senior Marketing & Communications Manager London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home) £45,000 - £50,000
A well-established membership organisation with a rich heritage, dedicated to supporting rural communities, championing countryside issues and preserving traditions that remain an important part of Britain's cultural landscape.
This is not a pure marketing role. We're looking for a communications-led marketer who understands how to balance strategy with delivery and is comfortable operating in an environment where stakeholder engagement, reputation management and member communications are just as important as acquisition and campaign performance.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications plans that support member acquisition, retention, engagement, fundraising and commercial growth.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape organisational messaging, improve customer journeys and ensure communications remain consistent, effective and aligned across multiple channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
