About RDX Sports

RDX Sports is a globally recognized combat sports and fitness brand, serving customers across multiple international markets through its D2C websites, marketplaces, and retail partners. As we continue to scale our global marketing efforts, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant who can objectively evaluate our current marketing ecosystem, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize business performance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Consultant with a proven track record in scaling global e-commerce brands. This is a strategic consulting role focused on auditing, evaluating, and optimizing our complete marketing function.

The consultant will work closely with senior leadership and our internal marketing teams to assess current performance, identify inefficiencies, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend best-in-class marketing strategies. This role is advisory rather than execution-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Evaluation

  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of RDX Sports' marketing operations
  • Assess current marketing strategies, team structure, workflows, budgets, KPIs, and reporting
  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness across all customer acquisition and retention channels
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and missed growth opportunities
  • Benchmark current performance against leading global D2C and e-commerce brands

Channel Assessment

  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of:

    • Affiliate Marketing
    • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads)
    • Organic Search (SEO)
    • Content Marketing
    • Email Marketing & CRM
    • SMS Marketing
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Influencer & Creator Marketing
    • Brand Marketing
    • Product Marketing
    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs
    • Marketplace Marketing (Amazon and other marketplaces)
    • Analytics & Attribution
    • Marketing Automation

Strategic Recommendations

  • Develop a clear roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term marketing growth
  • Recommend channel-specific optimization strategies
  • Advise on budget allocation and marketing investment priorities
  • Improve customer acquisition efficiency and lifetime value
  • Recommend improvements in customer journey and conversion funnel
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process optimization
  • Recommend marketing technology (MarTech) enhancements where required

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Evaluate brand positioning and messaging consistency
  • Assess content strategy across all digital channels
  • Review campaign planning and creative effectiveness
  • Recommend improvements to storytelling, customer engagement, and brand differentiation

Reporting & Executive Advisory

  • Present audit findings to senior leadership
  • Deliver detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Define measurable KPIs and success metrics
  • Support leadership in prioritizing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Provide ongoing advisory support during implementation where required

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Strategy
  • Significant experience consulting for global D2C or e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of international marketing across North America, Europe, Middle East, and other global markets
  • Proven success in improving marketing performance and business growth
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
