Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
You'll be an essential part of the marketing team. You'll work across all facets of marketing to support our overall marketing strategy: from maintaining our social media presence and CRM database, to supporting the team in developing, coordinating and executing marketing plans across our global B2B channels.
Your time will be split, you’ll need to balance collaboration and independent work and have a knack for both the creative and data-driven sides of marketing. You'll be creative and keen to voice your ideas – inputting from idea generation to implementation and evaluation, including digital marketing campaigns, communications, production of materials and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing content across digital channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
- Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring
- Assist in the creation, editing, and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy development
- Analyse marketing data such as campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
- Support the organisation and execution of international marketing events including webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 year experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
- Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry desirable but not essential.
- You have good knowledge of B2B acquisition channels, both online and offline.
- You enjoy diving into data and how it can be used to identify opportunities and evaluate what’s effective.
- You have excellent writing skills – and a passion to use your writing to engage with audiences.
- You’re a self-starter, who’s able to execute on multiple projects at once, and deliver against deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Level 3 Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification desirable

Salary: £32,000–£38,000 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
