Job Description
We are looking for an analytical and curious Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Science team. Our mission is to fuel sustainable growth by measuring marketing effectiveness - building a unified measurement framework based on experimentation, Marketing Mix Models, and tracked attribution.
Your Mission
In this role, you will help us build our best representation of marketing effectiveness by enhancing and maintaining our attribution model. You will partner with our Lead Analyst to own the code and define our attribution logic while partnering with marketing teams to ensure every £ is spent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our attribution model logic. Use dbt to maintain data pipelines, refine attribution rules, and implement new logic as our channel mix and marketing effectiveness understanding evolves.
- Ensure the accuracy of marketing data integrity in our attribution model.
- Work with the Data Science, Acquisition, and marketing teams to evolve our model.
- Build dashboards that allow marketing stakeholders to self-serve daily performance metrics.
- Translate complex datasets and modelling results into clear, non-technical narratives for marketing stakeholders.
- Execute detailed, in-depth analyses to identify improvement opportunity areas in our current measurement capabilities and propose solutions.
- Help us improve our measurement confidence level by identifying certainty gaps and proposing ways to bridge those gaps.
- Contribute to defining impactful OKRs to work throughout the half of the year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
