Senior Marketing Executive
Hybrid - Home / Cheadle
Up to £35,000 DOE
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join Priory as a Senior Marketing Executive, supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy across healthcare and adult care services. Based at home and Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, this hybrid role also includes occasional travel to our national sites and the opportunity to work alongside specialists in digital, content, SEO, and communications to deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns.
What you'll be doing
The Senior Marketing Executive will deliver high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across national, regional, and local markets. You will shape and execute marketing plans that build awareness, increase engagement, and drive referrals across Priory’s healthcare and adult care services. You will create compelling, audience-led content, including emails, case studies, video, and promotional assets for events, which captures attention and delivers results. Using insight and performance data, you will continuously optimise campaigns to maximise impact and ROI. Working at pace with internal specialists and external creative partners, you will ensure content is accurate, engaging, and consistently delivered across all channels, while playing a key role in wider marketing initiatives and projects.

What you'll bring to the role
- A strong grounding in marketing principles, with proven experience in B2B email marketing, across campaign development, delivery, and improvement.
- A confident copywriter with a keen eye for detail, producing clear, compelling content for a range of audiences.
- Commercially minded and creative, highly organised with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
- Confident relationship builder, working with senior stakeholders and bringing a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Experience in health or social care would be advantageous, along with a good understanding of systems like Pardot and Salesforce (including data handling and knowledge of automation processes).
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro would be a bonus.
