Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager and lead the development and delivery of local (home specific) and regional marketing plans.
  • Work with specific homes to develop and own actionable, targeted, and measurable plans to drive enquiries and conversion.
  • Provide top-level support to the Marketing Manager, making recommendations and contributing to overall marketing plans as well as supporting the delivery of marketing activity.
  • Write and brief studio requirements for campaigns and manage these through to delivery.
  • Ensure all communications are on the online marketing management system and are fully signed off.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager, Customer Insight, Data, Research, and Finance to maintain a good understanding of homes by reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting reports.

  • Create reports and presentations to communicate plans and demonstrate delivery.
  • Advise homes to identify and build regional/home-specific contact lists for community groups and key influencers; to initiate local networking and engagement approaches to enable spotting of business opportunities locally, to enable successful in-home community events and groups, and create positive PR stories.

  • Competition and enquiry experience reviews through mystery shopping calls and desktop reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
