About the Role
You’ll support the Regional Marketing Manager in developing and maximizing customer acquisition and conversion into the Bupa Care Services portfolio of homes – the main focus of the role being Social Media (Facebook) and Public Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager and lead the development and delivery of local (home specific) and regional marketing plans.
- Work with specific homes to develop and own actionable, targeted, and measurable plans to drive enquiries and conversion.
- Provide top-level support to the Marketing Manager, making recommendations and contributing to overall marketing plans as well as supporting the delivery of marketing activity.
- Write and brief studio requirements for campaigns and manage these through to delivery.
- Ensure all communications are on the online marketing management system and are fully signed off.
- Work with the Marketing Manager, Customer Insight, Data, Research, and Finance to maintain a good understanding of homes by reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting reports.
- Ensure tracking and reporting is in place for activity, using the output from this to drive efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate plans and demonstrate delivery.
- Advise homes to identify and build regional/home-specific contact lists for community groups and key influencers; to initiate local networking and engagement approaches to enable spotting of business opportunities locally, to enable successful in-home community events and groups, and create positive PR stories.
- Promote in-home lead generation and conversion events we are made aware of by homes. To help homes promote a positive Bupa care home experience.
- Competition and enquiry experience reviews through mystery shopping calls and desktop reviews.

Key Skills / Qualifications
- A creative problem solver, with commercial experience in leading integrated marketing communication plans and extensive understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook.
- Good understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix.
- A fast learner, with the experience to hit the ground running.
- Passionate about delivering the best communications to our customers.
- Analytical and numerate, with meticulous planning and organizational skills.
- Strong customer focus, understanding purchasing behaviors with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Appetite to test and learn and tenacity to execute repetitive tasks with enthusiasm.
- Effective relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business at the highest level.
- Commercially minded and financially aware with a good grasp of the importance and key elements of P&L and associated levers.
- A resilient and proactive self-starter, able to manage your own workload and conflicting demands on your time.
