As Senior Marketing Executive at Sweet Squared, you'll help shape the direction and visibility of leading professional hair & beauty brands by delivering impactful marketing and PR activity. You’ll take ownership of product launches, campaigns, and events, turning brand stories into standout moments that inspire and support our professional community.
You’ll translate strategy into creative, high-performing marketing that drives growth and strengthens brand loyalty. Working closely with the Chief Hair Officer and Head of Marketing Strategy this role offers the freedom to bring bold ideas to life in a fast-paced, values-driven environment where your work genuinely makes a difference to hair & beauty professionals across the UK.

- Work closely with the Chief Hair Officer and Head of Marketing Strategy to execute marketing, PR and brand growth plans
- Support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across product launches, promotions, digital UX, and events.
- Deliver activity across email, social media, PR, paid media, and influencer channels.
- Maintain brand communications plans to ensure timely rollouts and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners for campaign delivery and local activations.
- Prepare campaign assets including imagery, copy, press kits, launch decks, and promotional materials.
- Organise sampling initiatives, events, PR activities, and education programmes.
- Assist with campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and performance recommendations.
- Brief internal creative teams on asset development for campaigns (digital ads, web content, merchandising).
- Support content creation (videos, blogs, social media posts) to boost engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of assigned direct reports.
- Drive a high-performance culture with clear expectations, coaching, and recognition.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B marketing experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a line management or supervisory role.
- Passion for the professional hair & beauty industry
- Creative with a strong visual eye; proficient in Canva and MS Office.
- Confident communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Ability to interpret campaign data and identify insights.
- Awareness of social trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
