Our Client
Our client is a premium, design-led B2B business whose products are found in some of the world's most prestigious venues, luxury accommodation, and high-end event spaces. With an international footprint, an active trade show programme, and a growing commercial agenda, this is a business that takes its market positioning seriously. A new Marketing Director has recently joined to build the marketing function from the ground up, and this is one of his first hires.
If you're a hands-on B2B marketer who thrives on ownership, knows how to connect marketing activity to pipeline, and wants a genuinely broad remit in a premium environment, this is worth a look!
The Role
Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Executive is the most experienced individual contributor in a small, high-performing team. This is a broad role spanning lead generation, campaign delivery, events, brand, and content. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing is directly driving commercial outcomes, and you'll set the quality standard for everything the team produces.
Lead Generation & Campaign Delivery
- Own multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid, social, and content, aligned to commercial pipeline objectives
- Manage HubSpot end to end, workflows, nurture sequences, list management, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution
- Develop and manage premium lead magnet content, whitepapers, lookbooks, space planning tools, and gated landing pages, to grow the prospect database and drive inbound enquiries
- Design and deliver email marketing campaigns to prospect and existing contact segments, monitoring and optimising performance over time
- Report monthly against lead generation KPIs, feeding insight into the wider marketing team review

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
