Join Lili Curia
Lili Curia (owned by Overland Shoes) is an independent footwear brand launched in September 2025, built around character, storytelling and craftsmanship. Blending romance, rebellion and utility, we create thoughtfully designed collections and immersive brand experiences that resonate beyond the product itself.
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Founder and Head of Brand & Marketing, playing a key role in bringing campaigns, launches, events and brand initiatives to life. You'll have the chance to take real ownership, make an impact from day one, and help shape the future of an ambitious independent brand.
The Role
Blending marketing, communications and operations, this role is all about turning strategy into execution.
You'll help ensure campaigns launch seamlessly, communications remain aligned across channels, agency relationships are effectively managed, and projects move forward on time and with excellence.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative projects, and is excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful within a small and ambitious team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
