Senior Marketing Executive
Senior Marketing Executive Grassroots Sports · Digital & Field Marketing · Manchester – 2 days a week Salary: £45–55k (DOE) Reporting to: Fractional CMO
The Opportunity This is a rare chance to own marketing end-to-end for a growing sports technology company with a mission rooted in community. They build tools used by grassroots clubs across the UK & Ireland and now they need someone who genuinely lives and breathes local sport to take the brand to every pitch, clubhouse and touchline. If you’ve ever stood in the rain on a Sunday morning, organised a fixture, or fought for pitch time you’ll get it. This role isn’t about polished campaigns from behind a screen. It’s about being there at events, club nights, league meetings, representing the platform in person, not just online.

Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
It searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
