Senior Marketing & Campaigns Executive
Location: East Lancashire Salary: £38,000 DOE

The Role
As Senior Marketing & Campaigns Executive, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activity across a portfolio of retained client accounts.
This is a role that sits between strategy and execution. You’ll help translate client objectives into effective marketing plans, coordinate activity across multiple disciplines, and ensure campaign outputs remain aligned, commercially relevant, and results-focused.

Working closely with Account Managers, designers, developers, content specialists, and digital marketers, you’ll help shape campaigns from concept through to delivery while supporting client conversations and ongoing account development.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Turn client objectives into clear and actionable marketing activity.
- Coordinate work across content, design, web, and digital marketing teams.
- Review campaign outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Use performance insights to guide future recommendations and activity.
- Support client meetings with campaign context, recommendations, and marketing expertise.
- Work closely with internal specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Support wider marketing strategy and campaign development across the agency.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience within marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of how different marketing channels contribute to business growth.
- Experience working across SEO, PPC, content, email, and social campaigns.
- Agency experience would be highly beneficial.
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance and marketing data.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident working with both clients and internal teams.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous.

- £38,000, depending on experience.
