About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to join Renaissance Learning EMEA APAC. This pivotal role is designed for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact across key international markets. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, fostering cross-sell opportunities, and enhancing customer retention. Your responsibilities will include campaign planning, content creation, performance analysis, and strategic collaboration to ensure our messaging resonates with diverse regional audiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's presence in various markets, leveraging your creativity, analytical skills, and global mindset to support Renaissance’s growth ambitions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, preferably within SaaS, Tech, or EdTech sectors. You should have proven experience in lead generation and demand creation, with familiarity working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms. A global perspective is essential, with an understanding of different cultural and market nuances. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to prioritize effectively are crucial. You should be adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a curious mindset that fosters relationship-building across teams and regions. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer events and industry conferences is also expected.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns within allocated budgets
  • Ensuring alignment with sales objectives and regional market needs
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify local opportunities and craft tailored messaging in partnership with the product marketing team
  • Creating engaging campaign assets using tools like Canva, Marketo, and Knak
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance through CRM dashboards and marketing automation platforms to optimize ongoing initiatives
  • Communicating insights and strategic plans effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Supporting lead conversion efforts by developing compelling content that advances sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of campaign activities and engagement metrics
  • Analyzing market trends and translating insights into impactful content and strategies
  • Championing the Renaissance brand by staying connected to the evolving EdTech landscape and customer needs, ensuring our marketing efforts remain relevant and innovative
