Senior Marketing Executive Aesthetics
Senior Marketing Executive (Aesthetics Team) – Easyfairs
The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic marketing professional with around 3 years of experience eager to make a significant impact? Easyfairs is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead visitor and exhibitor promotions within our award-winning Aesthetics team.
Aesthetics, comprising ACE, the Aesthetics Journal, The Aesthetics Awards, and CCR, is Easyfairs' media and event portfolio servicing the medical aesthetics industry. Our rapid-growing corporate audience includes:
- Pharmaceutical producers of injectable products
- Skincare companies
- Laser device manufacturers
The portfolio spans monthly print journalism, strong digital/social presence, and three annual events:
- Aesthetics Awards ceremony
- Two leading conferences and exhibitions (ACE and CCR)
- Recently launched Aesthetics Membership
This role will propel your marketing career while contributing to one of Europe’s fastest-growing sectors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll specialize in visitor and exhibitor engagement—driving campaign success for CCR and The Aesthetics Awards, with select support for ACE Marketing and Aesthetics Journal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CCR and The Aesthetics Awards, covering:
- Concept development
- Campaign execution
- Audience targeting strategies
- End-to-end delivery (pre-launch through post-event)
- Align messaging and goals with sponsors, sales teams, and event teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Flexible adaptability to support multi-event campaigns across the year, adjusting to brand guidelines, tactical shifts, and audience needs.
Digital Marketing
- Lead end-to-end digital campaigns (including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC) to drive:
- Visitor registrations
- Exhibitor engagement
- Industry leads
- Oversee event websites for:
- Daily content updates
- SEO optimization
- UX improvements
- Lead generation maximization
Content Creation & Management
- Develop highly engaging content for target audiences, including:
- Promotional materials
- Press releases
- Blogs and case studies
- Distribute content via multi-channel strategies (print, digital, speech, social platforms).
- Collaborate with the design team for brand consistency and seamless execution.
- Work with external agencies/freelancers to produce high-quality creative content.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Track and analyze campaign performance through:
- KPI metrics
- CRM and marketing automation tools
- CRM analysis (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- ROI reports for stakeholders

Make informed decisions based on detailed data trends.
Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain partnerships with:
- Exhibitors
- Media
- Industry judges/associations
- External vendors

Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitor-to-visitor marketing.

Support onsite event operations to ensure smooth logistics, hospitality, and engagement.

Attend external events to monitor competitors, industry developments, and partner strategies.
Essential Criteria
✔ Ambition and drive – Proven success in full marketing mixes (digital, events, content, analytics). ✔ 2+ years professional marketing experience, preferably with:
- Event marketing roles ✔ Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in:
- Processes and deadlines
- Grammar and proofreading
- Strive for superior standards in copywriting and campaign materials.
✔ Exceptional copywriting skills:
- Benefit-driven, engaging content for campaigns and broader marketing outputs. ✔ Strong communication:
- Ability to influence and clarify complex concepts for cross-functional teams. ✔ Technical proficiency:
- Website content management (WordPress)
- Social media sheduiling tools
- Email marketing platforms
- Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ✔ Demonstrable teamwork and autonomy:
- Effectively collaborate and manage responsibilities independently. ✔ Resilience under pressure:
- Thrives during high-stakes campaigns and sustained workloads.
Desirable Criteria
✔ Experience with Sprout Social, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms). ✔ Experience speaking to all organizational levels (internal and external stakeholders). ✔ Writing engagement-focused content for:
- Social media
- Direct mail
- Event programs
- Case studies and technical documentation (e.g., industry whitepapers). ✔ Analytical problem-solving – Able to extract meaningful insights from granular data. ✔ Initiative and self-direction:
- Advocate for continuous improvement, pushing beyond core responsibilities. ✔ Basic design skills:
- Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop familiarity. ✔ Additional marketing certifications/training.
