Senior Marketing Executive – DK Children’s Team
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded marketer who can bring innovative ideas to life. As Senior Marketing Executive in our DK Children’s team, you’ll play a central role in promoting our award-winning children’s books—inspiring non-fiction, fun fiction, and everything in between—ensuring our stories reach curious young readers and families worldwide.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll shape and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating across Marketing, PR, Editorial, and Sales. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll drive creative, data-informed strategies that build brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver consumer marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print, and partnerships, ensuring maximum resonance
- Collaborate with authors, agents, and brand partners to leverage visibility and promotional opportunities
- Supports high-visibility campaigns and projects in close partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager
- Create and brief assets – from social media content, point-of-sale materials, catalogues to videos
- Execute seasonal and brand campaigns, such as Christmas promotions and retailer collabs
- Review campaign performance and provide insights to refine future approaches
- Manage budgets, approvals, and timelines with meticulous attention to detail
