Our clinical expertise and internationally recognised research work together to improve animal health and welfare worldwide.
We're looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team as Senior Marketing Executive – Clinical Services and Research. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in promoting the RVC's specialist clinical services and internationally recognised research, helping to strengthen our reputation among referring veterinary professionals, clients, researchers, and partners.

About the role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will develop, deliver, and evaluate integrated marketing and communications activity across Clinical Services and Research. Your work will include:
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media.
- Supporting the promotion of the RVC's referral hospitals, first-opinion practices, diagnostic laboratories, and research activities.
- Acting as the marketing lead for Research Excellence Framework (REF) communications.
- Managing and optimising website content, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
- Leading the marketing for client events, CPD, London Vet Show, and other exhibitions.
- Producing insight-led reports using website, CRM, and campaign analytics.
- Building strong relationships with clinicians, researchers, and senior stakeholders, providing expert marketing advice and support.
- Managing creative projects including photography, video, and marketing collateral.
About you
You'll be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
You'll also have:
- Experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience of analysing campaign performance and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- The confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience within higher education, healthcare, veterinary, scientific, or research environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
