THE ROLE & TEAM
We’re seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Programmes & Planning team.
This is an exciting chance to take a visible role in shaping our brand and delivering marketing that truly drives results. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team where your ideas matter, your ownership counts, and your work directly contributes to the firm’s growth.
Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll bring our three-year strategy to life through innovative, well-orchestrated marketing programmes. Collaborating with specialists across digital, communications, and events, you’ll lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with audiences and showcase our services and expertise.
You’ll oversee campaigns from concept to launch, safeguard the brand across all touchpoints, and build trusted relationships across the business. It’s a varied, hands-on role where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a tangible impact.
Please note: Internally this role is called Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns
- Work collaboratively with digital, communications and events teams
- Own the production of marketing materials and email newsletters
- Brief and manage external designers and suppliers
- Act as a brand guardian across all marketing outputs
- Support events delivery, budget tracking and activity planning
- Measure campaign performance and report on effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with lawyers and internal stakeholders

ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively, demonstrating confidence and resilience
- Proven track record of engaging senior leaders with confidence, clarity, and strategic insight
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
