Senior Marketing Executive - Digital
B2B | £35,000 - £40,000 | Cambridge | Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Role
- Own the planning, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns aligned to commercial goals
- Strong focus on digital... social media, SEO and PPC
- Work closely with senior commercial leadership to drive awareness, engagement and qualified lead generation across priority sectors and international markets
- Partner with sales and sector specialists, using their customer insight to shape effective messaging, campaigns and sales enablement
- Plan and execute activity across website, LinkedIn, Google Ads, exhibitions and sales materials
- Use campaign performance, customer feedback and commercial results to continually improve marketing activity
- Use AI to support research, content development and productivity, while applying your own judgement and commercial thinking
- Build on established marketing foundations (dashboards, reporting, KPIs and a shared knowledge base) rather than starting from scratch, taking ownership of developing them further

You Will Have
- Approximately 3-4 years' practical experience in a B2B marketing role, with a digital focus
- Proven experience independently planning, delivering, measuring and improving multi-channel campaigns end to end
- Confidence using data and performance metrics to make decisions and continually improve campaigns
- PPC, SEO and social media experience

The Package and Onboarding
- Salary £35,000-£40,000 DOE, plus shares package
- Office based during onboarding and part of probation, with up to two days per week working from home considered thereafter
- Training and development allowance
