Then join our EMEA marketing team in Paris, Barcelona, or Nailsworth and play an active role in shaping collaboration with our international partners: as a Senior Marketing Executive, you will take on a central role at the interface between distributors, regional marketing, and global teams, driving and coordinating marketing activities, advancing the execution of events, and ensuring that processes, content, and budgets are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a strong results focus across the EMEA region.
Your Tasks
- Development and alignment of marketing strategies across multiple countries and subsidiaries, ensuring strong collaboration with local teams for effective execution.
- Acting as the central point of contact for distribution partners, supporting their marketing activities while ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
- Supporting action plans within a partnership development framework, providing clear guidelines and helping drive consistent and goal-oriented implementation.
- Close cooperation with global marketing, senior marketing managers, and local marketing coordinators – bringing all stakeholders together.
- Coordinating freelancers such as designers, PR agencies, translators, and content creators while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Supporting the alignment and development of PR topics and storytelling across the EMEA region.
- Planning, coordinating, and supporting the central EMEA function with marketing events from preparation through execution.
- Monitoring marketing budgets and tracking expenditures to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Your Profile
- You have a completed University degree or vocational training in the field of marketing.
- You have gained solid experience in marketing.
- You have experience working with marketing or project management tools (e.g. CRM, Asana,…).
- You work in a structured and organized manner and reliably manage multiple topics in parallel.
- Experience collaborating with distributors or partner networks would be an asset.
- A background in event or trade show environments is considered a plus.
- First experience in PR or content-related projects is desirable.
- Excellent English skills are expected; fluent in a second southern European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish,...) is required.

Here’s what happens next
We’ll review your application and usually get back to you within two weeks at the latest. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll get to know each other in an initial virtual interview. The process varies depending on the role. Following a successful virtual interview, there will be a second in-person interview and/or a short task to ensure both sides are confident.
