Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior French Speaking Marketing Executive in London.

Are you fluent in French and English? Do you have at least 2 years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment? Are you interested to work in events & exhibition industry?

Our client is looking for a French-speaking Senior Marketing Executive to join their marketing team in West London. The purpose of this role is to help develop and deliver the marketing strategy that promotes our client events to delegates and exhibitors. You will be a creative, self-motivated individual who loves working alongside a great team and across the full marketing mix of channels.

The salary for this position is £32,000-35,000 plus £5,000 performance related bonus and the client offers hybrid model of work.

The Role

  • Work with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Event Director, plus the wider team, to develop and implement marketing strategy, positioning, key messages and product strategy
  • Execute the marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results, ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria
  • Driving the creative/design process for marketing materials. This includes the update and development of existing materials plus the creation of new materials in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products, such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
  • Develop strategic audience development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging. Be the lead in messaging and writing regarding our outbound reach to our customers.
  • Collaborate with partners and sponsors to develop integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies and compelling materials for all revenue streams across live and digital products.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to integrate the conference programme into marketing plans to maximise visitor acquisition.
  • Oversee and execute community-building and social media strategies that drive engagement, interaction, and brand affinity and could improve the audience experience.
  • Manage all planning and execution of the registration process for visitors.
  • Database management, list management, and development with the support of business intelligence and data teams.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to understand and execute marketing plans, bringing creative input and ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Dynamic, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where things move fast.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and on budget.
  • Strong skills across key systems and tools - including CRM and CMS platforms, social media tools, email marketing and marketing automation software like HubSpot.
  • Experience working with the fundamentals of digital marketing and being able to apply digital principles to campaigns effectively.
