Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns for the Healthcare division. Operating within a small, agile team, this role supports the Senior Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of 360° campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and build awareness across the healthcare and health tech sectors.
With excellent content and copywriting skills, the postholder will be able to quickly understand complex healthcare topics and translate them into compelling messaging for a range of audiences. This role will also collaborate with the wider Health Marketing team, gaining additional expertise and support to maximise campaign impact.
Key Deliverables

Campaign Execution
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning, delivering, and optimising integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid, and events.
- Manage timelines and campaign deliverables, ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.

Content & Copywriting
- Develop high-quality written content including blogs, thought leadership, landing pages, email copy, social posts, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to clinicians, healthcare providers, and decision-makers.

Market Insight
- Build a strong understanding of the UK healthcare and health tech landscape.
- Monitor competitor activity and sector trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Distill complex healthcare topics into accessible and impactful messaging.

Channel Management
- Support the day-to-day management of digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, marketing automation, paid and organic social).
- Coordinate event and webinar activity, from planning through to execution and follow-up.
- With support from the Senior Marketing Manager track campaign performance and continuously improve effectiveness.

Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across Health Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to align on campaign priorities.
- Coordinate with external/internal agencies, designers, and partners as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrable experience in a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or technology sectors.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone for varied audiences.
- Strong ability to absorb and interpret complex topics quickly.
- Working knowledge of digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing automation.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with some experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable operating in a small busy team.

- A genuine interest in healthcare and health tech, with motivation to contribute to meaningful sector improvements.
- Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation with practical delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
