About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our small but mighty marketing team and play a leading role in growing the Staff Skills academy+ brand.
This is a highly hands-on, commercially focused role. You’ll own campaign execution across email, launches, onboarding, reactivation, LinkedIn and supporting channels - with a strong emphasis on lead quality, nurture depth and pipeline contribution.
You’ll also dedicate time to improving industry-specific nurture journeys and outreach, ensuring our messaging resonates deeply with HR and L&D decision-makers.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced B2B SaaS-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns and Strategy
- Own execution of multi-channel campaigns, including launches, onboarding, reactivation and database growth initiatives.
- Build industry-specific email workflows aligned to ICP segments.
- Improve lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion through smarter segmentation and automation.
- Continuously test messaging, subject lines, cadence and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion rates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
