Tula Medical Experts is a clinician-led medical organisation specializing in medical negligence and catastrophic injury cases. The organization is staffed by legal, medical and operational professionals and serves legal and medical professionals across the UK.
Founded in 2020, Tula has built a strong and growing client base, with offices in Staffordshire within easy reach of Birmingham and Manchester. The company is technology driven and customer centric, providing a single point of contact for medical evidence and associated services. Team members work in a professional environment focused on accuracy, service quality, and innovation in medical reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Help create marketing plans for short term and strategic objectives
- Design and produce marketing materials (digital flyers, brochures, presentations, newsletters etc.)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms
- Write engaging copy for campaigns and communications
- Assist in planning, recording, and publishing podcasts
- Re-purpose content across channels (social, email, web)
- Support award submissions through research and writing
- Assist with PR content including case studies and success stories
- Support campaigns across all business areas
- Assist with email marketing and website updates
- Maintain marketing asset libraries
- Support reporting on campaign performance

Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1–4 years’ experience in marketing
- Market planning and marketing, including the ability to design and implement targeted campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills (written and visual)
- Experience with social media platforms
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience with podcast production
- Email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Personal Attributes
- Creative and proactive
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Commercial awareness
Salary
£28,000-£33,000 (dependent on experience)
