4 days a week based on site in Greenwich | £35,000 - £40,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established premium hospitality and events business in a dedicated marketing role supporting a flagship destination venue.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of local marketing activity, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, event attendance, and revenue growth. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines digital marketing, content creation, events, community engagement, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, bookings, customer engagement, and footfall.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, coordinating seasonal campaigns, promotions, and key business initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
- Support the development and delivery of promotional materials and campaign assets.

Events & Community Engagement
- Promote and support a diverse programme of events, activations, and customer experiences.
- Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and community organisations to strengthen brand visibility.
- Attend events to capture content and support live marketing activity.
- Assist with private hire and group booking promotions.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, email marketing, and online listings.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
- Coordinate photography, video content, and creative assets to support ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to optimise future activity.

CRM, Reporting & Project Coordination
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through CRM and targeted marketing activity.
- Analyse campaign, event, and customer engagement performance, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years Previous experience in a marketing role within hospitality, leisure, retail, events, or a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging customer-facing content.
- Experience using marketing and creative tools. Canva knowledge is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for hospitality, food, drink, events, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
