team.blue's brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products. This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
Company
team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago, we started building this small, top-tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. Now, after six months in the market with the first squad, we are growing from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience.
Position
As a Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist, you will define and execute the communication, engagement, and conversion strategy for the Hub from inside a small cross-functional squad.
You will own the full growth lifecycle across the Hub surface - from understanding user behaviour, to shaping cross-brand journeys, to designing notifications, in-product messaging, and conversion experiments that drive activation, engagement, and long-term adoption.
Your mission is to help customers move from a single-product relationship to a broader team.blue ecosystem experience by building trust, relevance, and measurable product engagement across brands.
This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role. You will work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, launch experiments, measure outcomes, and continuously improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Positioning & messaging: Translate product capabilities and cross-brand use cases into clear, crisp customer-facing messaging that resonates across different touchpoints and markets.
- Notifications & in-product journeys: Design and iterate cross-brand notifications, in-product CTAs, onboarding nudges, and conversion experiments across the Hub experience.
- Lifecycle & communications: Build and execute multi-channel user communication programs across email, in-product messaging, and other relevant surfaces, with a strong focus on activation, engagement, and adoption.
- Experimentation & iteration: Define hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyse results, and scale what works.
- Data-driven optimisation: Instrument tracking, monitor funnel and engagement metrics, and continuously improve CTR, activation, conversion, engagement, and cross-brand adoption.
- Growth tooling & AI: Use analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools to support experimentation, segmentation, personalisation, copy iteration, and performance analysis.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Data on event triggers, segmentation logic, journey design, and in-product communication strategy; surface insights and recommendations to Hub and brand teams.
- Hands-on execution: Write high-quality copy for notifications, in-product messages, landing pages, and lifecycle communications, and ship quickly with a strong bias toward action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
