Marketing Manager | Tech

We're partnering with a fast-growing technology business looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to work alongside the Head of Marketing as their trusted second-in-command.

This isn't a role for someone who simply executes campaigns. You'll be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy, owning key objectives, driving pipeline generation, and helping develop a growing marketing team.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can make a genuine commercial impact, influence business direction, and build a high-performing marketing function, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth. You'll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge ideas, measure success and continually improve performance.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the marketing strategy to support ambitious growth targets.
  • Owning marketing KPIs, measuring performance and using data to optimise campaigns.
  • Building marketing programmes that generate high-quality pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Leading the planning and execution of events, webinars and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the marketing team, helping to raise the overall capability of the function.
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve processes, campaigns and marketing effectiveness.
  • Creating compelling messaging and campaign content where needed, while ensuring strategy remains the priority.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder across the business, influencing decisions and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
