Position:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Lead Harlequin's UK-based Marketing team and drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the UK and international markets. Working closely with colleagues across Europe, Germany, Asia and Australia, you will ensure alignment with the global brand strategy, coordinate marketing activities and share best practices and ensure alignment with global priorities.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, coach and develop the UK-based Marketing team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
  • Act as the key link between the UK Marketing team and the Head of Global Brand & Marketing, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
  • Deliver and localise global marketing campaigns, product launches and communications across international markets.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across the UK, Europe, Germany, Asia and Australia, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
  • Ensure consistent brand governance across all marketing channels, including digital, PR, social media, events, email and web.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, external agencies, campaign performance and KPIs to maximise ROI.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and support lead generation.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, CRM data and campaign analysis.
  • Lead exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships and industry events while representing Harlequin at key external engagements.
  • Manage external agencies and support the rollout of global marketing processes, tools and Salesforce Account Engagement across international markets.

Requirements:

  • Several years of marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience managing international marketing activities.
  • Strong expertise in brand management and digital marketing.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and the ability to work across cultures.
