Temperley London Senior Marketing Manager
Temperley London, the British luxury brand founded in 2000, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for luxury and a fast-paced environment in London.
The Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Temperley London's global marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail, PR and commercial initiatives. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners, this role is responsible for managing the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail activations and brand initiatives while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the standards of a British luxury brand.
A highly organised project leader, the successful candidate will be equally comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and driving projects from concept through execution. They will act as the central point of coordination between Creative, E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, PR, Digital, Production and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage the execution of the annual marketing calendar across all brand initiatives.
- Coordinate seasonal campaign and collection launches and key commercial moments.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines and launch checklists.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Maintain integrated marketing calendars across all channels.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead across internal departments including Creative, E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, Production and Customer Experience.
- Coordinate campaign approvals and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned.
- Lead regular project status meetings and communicate priorities across the business.

Agency Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies.
- Prepare detailed briefs and ensure agencies deliver against agreed objectives, budgets and timelines.
- Partner with agency to maintain exceptional brand standards across all deliverables.
Brand & Content
- Coordinate the production of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, brand assets, press materials and marketing collateral.
- Manage and act as producer on lookbook shoots working in close collaboration with creative leadership. Manage all aspects of production from sourcing talent to managing schedule, budget, and team on set.
- Collaborate on e-comm shoots.
- Support content planning across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Ensure consistency of the Temperley London brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Maintain brand assets and marketing toolkits for internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with the digital media team to ensure the brand tone of voice and positioning are reflected in email marketing, website, paid media and social channels.
- Partner closely with the E-commerce team to support seasonal launches and commercial trading initiatives.
Retail Marketing
- Coordinate retail marketing initiatives including store openings, window installations, events, visual merchandising communications and in-store activations.
- Support partnerships, experiential marketing and client events.
- Manage the production of retail marketing materials and point-of-sale assets.

Budget & Administration
- Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders and invoice approvals.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation and asset libraries.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular marketing performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
- Present campaign updates and project progress to senior leadership.
Success Measures
- Successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Effective coordination across internal teams and agency partners.
- Delivery of commercially impactful marketing initiatives that support brand growth and business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5–8+ years' experience in luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle marketing.
- Management of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Global experience beyond the UK market only is a plus.
- Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working across retail, e-commerce and brand marketing.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, campaign strategy, and digital marketing.
- Social Media experience a plus – content creation, channel management, strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.
