About EatClub
At EatClub, we believe restaurants and bars are the beating heart of every city's culture. Whether it's discovering a hidden gem, grabbing a late-night takeaway, or meeting friends for a drink, our mission is simple: help the hospitality industry thrive through smart, powerful tech.
Our platform helps over 2 million customers discover top restaurants and access real-time deals that save them up to 50% off the bill. We empower more than 4,000 venues to fill empty tables, increase foot traffic, and maximise revenue.
Recently ranked #11 on the 2025 Deloitte Tech Fast 50! Now is an exciting time to join our team. Initially co-founded by Marco Pierre White and leaders in the food tech scene, we're now a 150+ person scaleup that's growing fast and making waves in the industry.
The Opportunity
EatClub is changing how cities dine out. We help restaurants fill empty seats through dynamic, time bound offers, and we give diners up to 50 percent off including drinks. We are scaling fast across the UK, with London as our priority market and live operations in Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Leeds.
This is one of the most exciting growth roles we have. Our marketing team sits in Australia and runs a global remit, with our brand, acquisition and lifecycle leaders all based there. We own UK growth together. What we cannot do from the other side of the world is be on the ground. That is where you come in. You are our eyes, hands and energy in market: the person who makes UK growth real on the street.
You will be the local engine that turns our global strategy into results in British postcodes. You will support our UK Sales team in person, stand up and run our field and flyering programme, coordinate the local agencies and partners, and hunt down the events, partnerships and growth opportunities that only someone on the ground can spot. You bring the local lens that makes everything we do sharper.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a hands on, get out and do it role with enormous room to grow. As the UK scales, so does this seat. Get it right and you build a team and a playbook beneath you. If the idea of personally cracking open a market excites you more than polishing a strategy deck, you will love it here.
Key responsibilities:
- UK growth ownership. Act as our marketing lead in market. Own the UK growth plan day to day, set local priorities, and be accountable for installs, bookings and retention here
- Campaign management. Run UK campaigns end to end, adapting global brand and acquisition work to local audiences and managing them through to results
- Local strategy and insight. Bring the on the ground perspective our AU team cannot have. Shape how we grow each UK city and feed insight back to sharpen the global plan
- Cross team coordination. Be the connective tissue between our AU brand, acquisition and lifecycle leaders and everything happening in the UK, so global strategy lands locally
- Field and street teams. Stand up and run our flyering and field programme. Hire, train and lead brand ambassadors, and set the quality bar
- Guerrilla growth. Find and run unconventional, lean budget activations: pop ups, partnerships, community tie ins and stunts that create real buzz
- Sales partnership. Be the in person marketing partner to UK Sales, timing activity to restaurant onboarding so diners and venues both win early
- Agencies and budget. Own the local marketing budget and manage the agencies, media and partners
- Events and opportunities. Spot the local events, sponsorships and partnerships only someone on the ground can find, and make them happen
- Reporting and optimisation. Track what works by city, channel and activation, share it clearly, and double down on what wins
Who you are:
- 5+ years in marketing, with a track record owning growth and running campaigns end to end, plus real hands on field, activations or local growth experience. You have done the work, not just briefed it
- Equally happy building a plan and standing in a high street handing out flyers to make a launch land
- Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, hospitality, food and beverage, or adjacent fast growth categories. You get scaleup pace
- A self starter who owns outcomes, thrives without a big team around them, and works well across time zones with a remote head office
- Bias for action, with the data literacy to know whether something actually worked
- Comfortable representing the brand publicly with restaurant partners, agencies and local stakeholders
- A hands on people manager, ready to hire and motivate field teams and grow a function over time
- Based in London with the right to work in the UK, and happy to travel across UK markets

- You prefer global campaigns to local, get your hands dirty growth
