About the Role
This is a senior, commercially focused marketing role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will lead integrated campaigns, content, and messaging that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across both the customer and specification journeys.
You will work closely with our Sales, Commercial, and Specification teams to turn customer and market insight into campaigns that connect, convert, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

- Translate customer, market, and competitor insight into clear, compelling messaging.
- Maintain and evolve our brand voice, tone, and messaging framework.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and pipeline activity.
- Work with the Specification team to align content to the specification journey and key decision points.
- Build feedback loops with customers and specifiers to continually improve campaign performance.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to support nurture sequences, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Define and track campaign performance, reporting on ROI and commercial impact.

- Manage agency, freelance, and production support where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
