Marketing Manager – 12 Month FTC
Location: London (Hybrid, with occasional travel to Reading)
Salary: Competitive
We're recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading professional services business on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who can make an impact from day one.
This is a true generalist marketing role where you'll be responsible for:
- Translating commercial objectives into effective marketing campaigns
- Managing projects from concept through to delivery
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

What we're looking for:
- Previous professional services marketing experience is essential.
- Currently operating at Marketing Manager level with the confidence to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn business goals into practical marketing activity.
- Hands-on experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential).
- Video editing experience (e.g. Premiere Pro) would be an advantage but isn't essential.
- Experience using CMS, CRM and email marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
